Hội thảo INTESOL 2025 quy tụ đội ngũ chuyên gia giảng dạy tiếng Anh và công nghệ giáo dục hàng đầu – mở ra không gian học thuật và đổi mới giàu cảm hứng.

Ngày 1 – 05/08/2025 – Tổ chức tại Trường ĐH HUFLIT với các bài nghiên cứu chất lượng của các chuyên gia hàng đầu và các thầy cô giáo dạy tiếng Anh trong cộng đồng TESOL tại Việt Nam và quốc tế.

Diễn giả 1: Cô Mihaela Dascalu
Giảng viên cao cấp INTESOL Worldwide – Chuyên gia đào tạo giáo viên quốc tế

Với hơn 40 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy và huấn luyện TESOL tại châu Âu, Trung Đông và châu Á, cô Mihaela là một trong những người đặt nền móng cho đội ngũ giáo viên tiếng Anh quốc tế trong nhiều thập kỷ qua. Bằng chuyên môn vững chắc, tư duy giáo dục phản biện và tình yêu nghệ thuật, cô đã không ngừng thúc đẩy sự phát triển nghề nghiệp cho giáo viên toàn cầu.

Diễn giả 2: Cô Viên Cao
Tiến sĩ và Điều phối viên Chương trình Tiếng Anh – ESEN, El Salvador

Cô Viên Cao là một trong những gương mặt tiên phong trong việc tích hợp AI vào giảng dạy tiếng Anh tại El Salvador. Với vai trò giáo viên tiếng Anh và Điều phối viên Chương trình tiếng Anh tại Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios (ESEN), chủ tịch Nhóm Nghiên cứu Cựu sinh viên Fulbright (FARGP) và nhà sáng lập Teachers Up – cô không ngừng kết nối, hỗ trợ và nâng cao năng lực cho cộng đồng giáo viên khu vực.

Diễn giả 3: Cô Vickie Miller
Nhà sáng lập Catalyzing Learning Services – Đại diện INTESOL Nam Mỹ

Là một nhà giáo đầy nhiệt huyết và hiện đang theo học chương trình Tiến sĩ Lãnh đạo Giáo dục, cô Vickie không ngừng mở rộng cơ hội tiếp cận chương trình TESOL quốc tế cho giáo viên tại miền Nam Hoa Kỳ. Với niềm tin rằng giáo viên là trung tâm của mọi đổi mới, cô dẫn dắt cộng đồng nhà giáo hướng đến tương lai chuyên nghiệp và nhân văn hơn.

Diễn giả 4: Cô Trần Vũ Diễm Thúy
Trưởng bộ môn Ngôn ngữ học Ứng dụng – HUFLIT, Việt Nam

Với hơn 22 năm gắn bó cùng giảng dạy và đào tạo giáo viên, cô Diễm Thúy là một trong những chuyên gia dày dạn kinh nghiệm về công nghệ trong giảng dạy ngôn ngữ. Cô đã trực tiếp đào tạo giáo viên tại nhiều tỉnh Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long trong các dự án của MOET & i-Lead.

Ngày 2 – 06/08/2025 – Tập trung vào ứng dụng thực tiễn và workshops của các giảng viên đào tạo giáo viên và cựu học viên của INTESOL Việt Nam và thế giới.

Tại ngày 02 của Hội thảo, cô Mihaela sẽ thực hành workshop về kết nối văn hóa và công nghệ: Nâng cao năng lực tư duy phản biện của giáo viên tại Việt Nam thông qua trí tuệ nhân tạo.

Diễn giả 2: Thầy Guillermo Reyna
Chuyên gia đào tạo giáo viên tranh biện – Veducon – INTESOL Vietnam

Thầy Reyna là một trong những gương mặt quen thuộc trong cộng đồng tranh biện học thuật. Từng giữ vai trò giám khảo tại các cuộc thi tranh biện quốc tế, thầy đồng thời là huấn luyện viên chuyên đào tạo giáo viên tranh biện và học sinh của Veducon và INTESOL Việt Nam. Với năng lực sư phạm vững vàng, thầy đã giúp nhiều thế hệ học sinh phát triển tư duy phản biện, bản lĩnh, đạt thành tích cao trong các cuộc thi học thuật quốc tế.
Tại hội thảo INTESOL 2025, thầy Reyna đại diện cho nhóm tác giả của INTESOL Việt Nam gồm TS. Nguyễn Thúy Hồng Vân và thầy Guillermo Reyna, mang đến tham luận về ứng dụng AI để nâng cao giảng dạy tiếng Anh tích hợp tranh biện.

Diễn giả 3: Cô Hoài Nguyễn
Giảng viên – Khoa Tiếng Anh, Trường Đại học Sư phạm Hà Nội, cựu học viên INTESOL

Cô Hoài là giảng viên giàu kinh nghiệm, chuyên sâu trong các lĩnh vực phát triển kỹ năng ngôn ngữ, đánh giá năng lực tiếng Anh và ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong giảng dạy. Với nền tảng học thuật vững chắc cùng trải nghiệm thực tiễn trong giảng dạy đại học, cô tích cực nghiên cứu và triển khai các giải pháp tích hợp công nghệ nhằm nâng cao chất lượng học tập và tư duy đổi mới cho sinh viên trong thời đại số.
Cô Hoài đại diện cho nhóm tác giả đến từ Trung tâm Phát triển Giáo dục và Công nghệ số, Trường ĐH Sư phạm Hà Nội gồm TS. Lưu Thị Kim Nhung, TS. Thái Thị Cẩm Trang, TS. Đỗ Thị Phương Mai và ThS. Nguyễn Thị Thu Hoài.

Diễn giả 4: Cô Nguyễn Thị Thanh Thúy
Chuyên gia Nghiên cứu & Phát triển, Cố vấn Giáo dục – HEW London, cựu học viên INTESOL

Cô Thúy là một nhà giáo tận tâm và giàu kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực giảng dạy tiếng Anh và đào tạo giáo viên tại HEW London. Cô có chuyên môn sâu về giảng dạy trực tuyến, thiết kế chương trình học và phát triển năng lực người học. Cô từng giảng dạy cho nhiều nhóm học sinh đa dạng, bao gồm cả học sinh có nhu cầu đặc biệt.
Đến với hội thảo INTESOL 2025, cô Thúy đại diện các cựu học viên INTESOL trình bày tham luận về tiềm năng ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo vào học tập cá nhân hóa cho người học tiếng Anh.

Hội thảo quốc tế INTESOL 2025 theo sáng kiến của INTESOL Việt Nam và sự hỗ trợ của INTESOL Worldwide, lần đầu tiên có mặt tại Việt Nam, được tổ chức bởi Trường ĐH HUFLIT, Veducon, HEW London, và Trung tâm EDC – ĐH Sư phạm Hà Nội, không chỉ là dịp cập nhật xu hướng mới trong giảng dạy tiếng Anh mà còn là cơ hội kết nối, chia sẻ và cùng nhau phát triển trong thời đại giáo dục số.

With over 40 years of experience in teaching and TESOL training across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Ms. Mihaela is one of the pioneers in building international English teacher communities. With solid expertise, reflective educational thinking, and a love for the arts, she has consistently promoted the professional development of teachers worldwide.

Keynote Speaker 2: Dr. Vien Cao
Ph.D. and English Program Coordinator – ESEN, El Salvador

Dr. Vien Cao is a leading figure in integrating AI into English teaching in El Salvador. As an English professor and Coordinator of the English Program at the Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios (ESEN), Chair of the Fulbright Alumni Research Group (FARGP), and founder of Teachers Up, she continually connects, supports, and builds capacity for the region’s teaching community.

Founder of Catalyzing Learning Services – INTESOL Worldwide Representative in South America

An enthusiastic educator currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Ms. Vickie actively expands access to international TESOL programs for teachers in the Southern States in the USA. Believing that teachers are at the heart of all innovation, she leads the teaching community toward a more professional and humane future.

Keynote Speaker 4: Dr. Tran Vu Diem Thuy
Head of Applied Linguistics – HUFLIT, Vietnam

With more than 22 years of dedication to teaching and teacher training, Dr. Diem Thuy is a seasoned expert in educational technology for language instruction. She has directly trained teachers in various Mekong Delta provinces through MOET & i-Lead projects.

Day 2 – August 6, 2025 focuses on practical applications and workshops conducted by teacher trainers and alumni of INTESOL Vietnam and the global network.

Speaker 2: Mr. Guillermo Reyna
Debate Teacher Trainer – Veducon – INTESOL Vietnam

Mr. Reyna is a well-recognized figure in the academic debate community. He has served as a judge at international debate tournaments and is a dedicated coach for both teachers and students at Veducon and INTESOL Vietnam. With strong pedagogical skills, he has helped many students develop critical thinking, confidence, and achieve excellent results in academic competitions.
At INTESOL 2025, Mr. Reyna will present on behalf of the author group from INTESOL Vietnam, including Dr. Nguyen Thuy Hong Van and Mr. Guillermo Reyna, sharing insights into how AI can enhance debate-integrated English language teaching.

Lecturer – Faculty of English, Hanoi National University of Education | INTESOL alumna

Ms. Hoai is an experienced lecturer specializing in language skills development, English proficiency assessment, and educational technology integration. With a solid academic foundation and extensive university teaching experience, she actively researches and implements tech-integrated solutions to improve learning quality and foster innovation in the digital era.
She will represent the author group from the Center for Educational Development and Digital Technology at HNUE, including Dr. Luu Thi Kim Nhung, Dr. Thai Thi Cam Trang, Dr. Do Thi Phuong Mai, and MA. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoai.

Speaker 4: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy
Research & Development Expert, Educational Advisor – HEW London | INTESOL alumna

Ms. Thuy is a passionate educator with extensive experience in English teaching and teacher training at HEW London. She has deep expertise in online teaching, course design, and learner empowerment. She has worked with diverse student groups, including those with special educational needs.
At INTESOL 2025, she will represent INTESOL alumni, presenting her research on the potential of AI in supporting personalized learning for English language learners.
